The Runner’s Guide to Road and Off-road Races is an annual publication comprehensivley covering all road and off-road running races in South Africa. The book includes details on how to enter a race, a course description – many with route profiles and notes on the history of the race. Given there are well over 800 events on the athletics calendar this book is as comprehensive as it is substantial. Athletes refer to it as the runner’s bible. It is fully backed up by bi-annual “Race Dates” supplements and an active and dynamic website. The publication is also supported by a Facebook community and a fortnightly newsletter.

The Cyclists’ Guide to Road and Mountain Biking Races is an annual publication detailing all road and mountain bike cycle races in South Africa. Just like the runner’s edition the book covers details on how to enter a race, a course description – many with route profiles as well as notes on the history of the race. There are over 600 cycling events on the calendar and this book is as comprehensive as it is substantial. Riders refer to it as their bible. The publication is backed up by an active and dynamic website and also supports a Facebook community.
